Barbara ONeill's FLU BOMB RECIPE

1/2 cup of water
2" ginger peeled and sliced
4 large cloves of garlic
1 tsp Fresh Turmeric
Eucalyptus oil
Simmer on stove
Add as much cayenne pepper as you can handle (1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbs. raw organic honey
(Can also add onion, can allow to ferment or add more honey for longer storage)
If you feel a cold or flu coming on take this recipe 3 times a day. Get your rest, drink your water, get some exercise. In 3 days you should be feeling better.
