Quercetin

Have you heard of Quercetin? I learned about it over a decade ago.

It is found in many leafy greens, berries, and broccoli and can help numerous health problems. It helps to fight free radicals, aging and inflammation. Since it lowers inflammation it contributes to a healthier heart, fights against cancer, cognitive decline, some mental disorders, and autoimmune disorders. It can improve atherosclerosis, high cholesterol, heart disease and circulation problems, diabetes, allergies, stomach ulcers and viral infections. This is important to know especially in this time of Covid, since this is a virus. To your health!
